This leader responds well to feedback and asks for how events went, feedback for themselves, and processes of efficiency. They take it as growth. Speaking of growth, the recognition and rewards for service is not with a selfish perspective from either of us. This is because a team environment is established, and recognition feels good as it is toward the common purpose. In sharing the common purpose for motivation, our relationship has the leader and follower as equals as well as strengthening it and the team. From our years together, we have built up a strong connection. Knowing my high emotional tolerance, if I have an emotionally laden issue, I know it is not exaggerated and presented well by being authentic and telling it how it is. The leader responds calmly and supportively in communication which allows for openness to also happen. I am willing to continue to have open and supportive conversations for the team and organization to maintain quality relationships
