Respond to my manager's comments.

Roxan would have completed her secondment in Corporate and kindly agreed to support PBB by taking on the duties of Business Banking Manager at Portmore Branch. Since joining the team Roxan has unearthed a number of opportunities in that market which has resulted in a pipeline of USD$2.4M. These opportunities are at various stages, and we look forward to these loans hitting the books before end of fiscal.

In the second half of the fiscal, Roxan will need to ensure these opportunities hit the balance sheet before year end noting YTD credit sales of USD$19K. In addition to disbursing these loans, we encourage Roxan to continue building the Business Banking pipeline and help to raise deposits for the branch while operating in the role.
