respond to peers post I agree with your post.When it come to my opinion in regards to specialize Courts, their benefits helps people by making it easier by giving them a second chance to become upstanding citizens. Drug offenses, Domestic violence and Juvenile cases can be handled due to the specific knowledge and can be tailored to those involved. Specialize Courts have the ability to provide targeted intervention and based on treatment rehabilitation instead of punishment. Counseling can lead to low recidivism rates and can contribute to helping the community become much more safer. it is a fact that the judges have more common knowledge of the law dealing with their cases, and it has a faster resolution collaborating with social service and other out reach programs. These programs are designed to assist and restore those that truly desire a change. A second chance is much needed to alleviate the prison system and keep in mind the availability to help those that are in the system. No one should be treated ill or looked down on due to their status. Although this happens due to lack of capitol it is unfair for those that may be wealthier and have more
