Although the general manager of DHS I am a solution-driven person in every aspect of life, I would take the necessary steps and become involved. The approach that I'd take is a solution-driven approach, a mindset that encourages people to focus on finding practical and effective solutions to problems, rather than dwelling on the problems themselves. The steps that I'd take in developing and implementing a comprehensive program are defining, planning, analyzing, designing, implementing, and evaluating in the end. To be effective, a program would have to combine physical refuge, medical services, personal and family therapy,and vocational counseling (Lewis et al., 2012). Lewis, J., Packard, T., Lewis, M.
