I especially liked how you pointed out that conflict is almost always related to communication, or lack of$.$ This is so very true, as co$-$workers that communicate effectively have a stronger teamwork attitude, and are more likely to air out their grievances and complaints or issues before they turn into something more $($Ba$$o$$ul$,2020).$ Within teamwork comes compromise and strategies to ensure that all members of the team both have a voice, as well as the ability to respectfully disagree with others in their team.$$ In addition to strategy and educational sessions on conflict and violence prevention, it would be prudent for managers to focus on improving teamwork attitudes.
