Open the file from your personal folder titled Past Jobs from Lesson
The Past Jobs exercise includes a list of your jobs, as well as the duties you will want to include in this section. Reviewing old rsums can also help.
Select a format from the examples provided in this section, or create your own. Enter information about your most recent job. Record the company name, the dates, and your positions or titles
You may want to experiment with the layout of the information before moving on to your next position.
Use bullets to list all of your duties, responsibilities, and accomplishments in that position.
Refer back to the Summary Page file, or to the other skills exercises from Lesson in your personal folder, including the Accomplishments exercise. These will provide you with information for your rsum Use action power words and avoid starting with I or Responsible for... Try not to edit as you go; just create a list, and then go back to review and edit.
