Evaluation of store ambiance, lighting, and overall atmosphere.

Assessment of customer service interactions and checkout process.

Analysis of competitor stores for benchmarking purposes.

Redesign Proposal:

Based on the assessment, develop a redesign proposal aimed at enhancing the store's layout and customer experience. This could involve:

Creating a new floor plan layout optimized for traffic flow and product visibility.

Introducing innovative design elements to enhance the store ambiance and create a memorable shopping environment.
