The name of the organization and the person(s) harmed (i.e., the title of the case) and link to the case. The law(s) which it violated. The facts of the case (what happened?) and the damages awarded. If you had been the employee(s) impacted, would you have filed a suit? Why or why not? Now that the case has been resolved, what might you consider recommending that the HR Director do in this company as a reactive change, and what might you consider recommending as a proactive future behavior?
