We submit the following proposal for our revolutionary new software, VetConnectAI.
VetConnectAI will free up the workload of VetStarzs administration staff and limit the amount of time the staff needs to
spend speaking with customers. When a customer calls to make an appointment or ask a question regarding billing or
treatment, they will be connected to VetConnectAI, instead of VetStarz staff. This tool is built on a generative AI model
and has been trained on all online data available regarding veterinary services.
As part of our offering, we will also take the data held by VetStarzs and train the model on customer data, treatment
notes, medication details, billing and anything else. Ideally, the tool is given administrator access to the customer
relationship management software so customers can update their details over the phone and receive a highly
personalised experience.
When a customer is speaking to VetConnectAI, they will not be told theyre speaking to the model. Instead, the model will
