Post your vision of the leader of the future and three characteristics the leader of the future will need in order to lead effectively. Be explicit and explain why. Contrast two ways in which leadership differs from management, providing an example for each. If you were to be a leader of the future, whom would you want to lead? Lastly, state whether or not you want to be a leader and discuss why or why not.
