Munley was divorced from her husband after they jointly incurred several debts. The divorce

decree required the husband to pay the debts, but he failed to do so and they fell into default.

The defendant loan company's agents then began contacting Munley regarding the debts

and her husband's whereabouts. The agents visited her apartment on four or six different
