The essence of this proposal is to develop a holistic IT security framework for Multiple Unite Security Assurance (MUSA) Corporation, that will continually ensure data security, close-up identified organizational gaps, clearly define employee's roles and responsibilities, encourage data security behavior and practices among staff, and enforce compliance with organizational and industry standards. The significance of undertaking a security awareness program cannot be overemphasized, it helps an organization to prevent avoidable breaches that could cost the organization a fortune that would be paid out in form of ransom to attackers and or repair costs of damaged assets, not to mention the litigations that could arise from affected customers, fall in profitability, the reputational damage to the organization's brand, erosion of customer's confidence, governmental fines, among other negativities. A well-informed staff base is well positioned to sufficiently defend an organization against potential threats and risks. An organization that is perceived by the public as being IT security conscious would obviously attract a large customer base, increase sales, profitability and would be adjudged to be socially responsible
