Participants will submit their data daily in these phases and similar to the research observation phase, participants will be receiving a text message indicating a reminder to send the previous day data, but they will also be receiving a text message indicating that the public posting is available for observation. Each participant will be sent an image daily by the researcher to display the current data which includes the ranking of social media use amongst all participants for the previous day. This data will also be entered into an Excel sheet summarizing usage over 14 days, visible to all participants, displaying each person's name and time spent on social media. The third phase (secondary B phase) will return to the procedures of the first phase, while the fourth (secondary C phase ) and final phase will repeat the second phase's activities
