Doyle points out two facts in his testimony where he talks about how wild the party was and where he saw Mr. Randall talking to Kelly Greene on several occasions about drinking. The wildness of the party was confirmed by Helen Brooks who lived down stairs on the apartment. As for Mr. Randall walking around talking to Kelly Brooks, Mr. Randall confirmed he walked around talking to Kelly Brook about having a drinking a beer or two at the party. Doyle's inferences that he makes in his testimony was when he said, "she's only 18, a fact I'm sure Tom was aware of." Doyle assumed that since he knew her age that Tom would have also known her age as if Tom was a close friend of Kelly too. The two statements are relevant to the case. They will help the case on understanding on how big the party was and if Mr. Randall was involved in Kelly Greene consuming alcohol during the party. The inference statement can't be relevant to the case because that's Doyle's opinion about someone's knowledge about what they might know or no
