rewrite text and maintenance, get approvals from relevant authorities, conduct a market study with experienced ITS System Integrators and O&M providers to attract the right private participants, procurement, awarding and signing of ITS SI contract. review all existing studies, reports, designs, and other materials relevant to the ITS and present appropriate recommendations on the design based on findings in the review of said materials relevant to the Project. Define a set of Key Performance Indicators $($KPI$)$ and Minimum Performance Standards & Specifications $($MPSS$)$ that the ITS SI contractor must adhere to over the contract period along with commercial implications of non$-$compliance. Investigate for value engineering and budget optimization opportunities to ensure that additional modifications required to address gaps & inefficiencies in deployment designs can be adjusted within the original budget estimates. Develop SOPs including detailed maintenance checklist and maintenance model to be used and prepare Key Maintenance Metrics, layout timelines and frequency for the maintenance of Automated Signal Systems, Passenger Information System, Navigation Systems, Operations Control Centre, traffic cameras, GPS system and any other relevant hardware and software systems to be procured as part of the ITS contract to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
