You shared your ideas well in todays meeting. But, it is going to cost too much to move forward with your idea. I am going to have to decline your request to move forward with your suggestion.

I dont want to discourage you, but your idea costs a lot of money. It will take up 50% of our budget and as you know, we are already facing some budget constraints. It is also going to take time to implement it - time we just dont have. We are also very busy with our team goals and other existing projects. Perhaps you can bring this up sometime next quarter and we will see how it goes.
