Rewrite the Ethical Code policy emphasising the core values of the business (integrity, performance, excellence and accountability), incorporating NZ values (Treaty of Waitangi principles) within a New Zealand organisation. NOTE: Consider how your redeveloped Ethical Code policy document can be incorporated and applied to all practices within the business and their respective stakeholder relationships i.e. accounting, marketing/sales, operations, HR and risk management.

1. How the revised Ethical Code has been designed to include socially and culturally appropriate practices in a New Zealand context.

2. How the Treaty of Waitangi principles are embedded within the company's operational business activities to help develop and maintain external stakeholder relationships. I will be using this to attach a cover letter to the Board of Directors. Thanks in advance.
