We purchased a new 2024 Lincoln, and from day one, the vehicle has had issues with the electronics, as well as several other problems. We tried multiple times to work with the local dealership as well as with Lincoln's customer concierge service. Our new Natalist was in the shop more than we drove it for the first 6 months. With no true answers or help from the dealership or corporate, we decided to seek legal assistance.
This is where the Lemon Law Group came into play. Initially, I felt less than hopeful that our case would be resolved or a positive outcome would develop. Many months would pass, and I was not feeling very optimistic. The Lemon Law group was not always communicating with me as much as I would have liked. Still, honestly, I did not expect to hear from them weekly, as reviews I have read suggest that manufacturers take their time working with Law firms that represent the public. So, to the reason for this review, after almost a year of back and forth from the manufacturer and some on my part (early settlements were low and not to my benefit), we held out, and today we were informed of a settlement offered from Lincoln that will work to our benefit. Now, we are finally on our way to releasing this Lemon of a vehicle and moving forward. There were many people I have spoken with, or with whom I exchanged emails, but I do not remember all their names. However, one name stands out to me, and that person is Randy Dunbar. Randy was sincere and sensitive when he spoke with me or my partner, maybe sometimes I did not like what I was hearing and would respond a bit harshly, but in the end, Randy was always friendly, yet professional with us and listened to our complaints and likes. So, if anyone needs a firm to help them in this type of situation, I recommend this Law firm. However, be realistic and note that it is a complex process of laws that sometimes works more in favor of manufacturers than buyers. Stick it out, and if you feel that will work for you, stay patient and continue the process, I am glad we did.
