rewrite this statement, "After creating this policy (Appendix II) we sent it to our local HR for review and after a few revisions they were so impressed that they wanted to escalate this up to corporate to see if this can actually be implemented in our employee handbook. They told me to give them an opportunity to see if this can materialize into something company wide and that we would have to spend time creating training programs on this topic, etc. because they would invest the time to do that for us. I was totally shocked and wasn't expecting this response and very excited that they actually was receptacle of my team and I suggestions on this topic. Although my project is on hold right now waiting on HR to provide us with the next step, I am just grateful that they are embracing this and promoting it to be a company wide policy instead of my department
