Rewrite Within the analytics framework, downloading rate, registered users, and active users were granted some insight into the effectiveness of the LEAP application. This data analysis of Mi-Org's LEAP application's current position comprises descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics. Descriptive analytics is answering "What has happened," or the number of viewers and recurring monthly sales. The predictive analysis focuses on the foreseeable term viability of the LEAP application and answers the question, "What is likely to happen next?" The prescriptive analysis follows the predictive analysis to illustrate the likelihood of an event occurring to answer the question "What is the best course of action for Mi-Org?" (UMGC, 2025). Due to the volume of data, reviewing other veteran data becomes an essential function in the evaluation process of the LEAP application. The LEAP application's classification tree algorithm determined that the most important variable in determining if a soldier finds employment upon transition from the military is whether they have a PTS diagnosis, as shown in Figure 1 (UMGC, 2025)
