After all, without the ability to engage prospective clients, one will find it difficult to transition prospective clients into actual clients. This assignment focuses on your ability to write a professional business letter and leave a professional voicemail that will motivate a prospective client to attend the initial discovery meeting that you have scheduled with them. Assignment Requirement You are a financial planner who works to Seneca Financial, a full-service financial planning firm that specializes in helping their clients live life confidently. Your office is located at 1750 Finch Avenue East, Toronto Ontario M2J 2X5. Your office phone number is 416-491-5050 and your email address is your current Seneca College e-mail address. You met Kim and John Gatlin on January 10, 2023 at a mutual friends wedding. Both Kim and John expressed interest in meeting with you to pursue a financial planning relationship. Two days after the wedding, you called Kim and John and scheduled a discovery meeting with them for January 30, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at your office.
