The people in Mexico know that their government owns a bank and it is called "The Bank of Mexico." In England, its citizens are fully aware that their government owns a bank. Why? Because it is called "The Bank of England" Research the name of America's central bank, and post the pros and cons of why Americans do not know that the government owns a bank. Research why Americans do not know that the government's bank is NOT located in Washington, D.C. Research why Americans do not know that only the Big, Boy Banks (Ah, the BBB's) can borrow from the government bank. Write about why they do not know that "Trey an Entrepreneur's Connoisseur ", "Julio (and his cousin Ignacio BOTH BUSINESS owners), Khadija and Ghazi, of K&G Jewelers, and yes, even Mr. and Mrs Alice and Joe Working-Stiff cannot borrow from the government's bank. Discuss why the government-owned bank will not allow anyone to open bank accounts, yet, it is loaning taxpayers money to the Big Boy Banks.
