Identify risks of the sample project.

Instructions

We know that schedule scope and resource risks are the most common in any project. Take a few moments to ponder this project. Can you identify five risks for each category? Project: You're in charge of this year's annual neighborhood block party. Each year the block party includes food and some games for the kids. The local police crime prevention unit has agreed to set up a booth to fingerprint the kids. You've even been approached by a new local restaurant to set up a tasting booth. The folks on the next block over have suggested that you expand it to include their street as well. For this assignment, you must include the following items:

1. Identify at least five scope risks associated with this project.
2. Identify at least five resource risks associated with this project.
