Road Design Calculations:

Three existing roads of differing widths are to be surveyed for a plan of resumption to create areas of

new road and highway.

The arrow hatch area is to be created by widening the highway to $50$m wide, from $40$m wide, making

a parallel section $10$m wide.

The lined hatch area is to be created by inserting a curved boundary of radius $14\mathrm{.}785$m between the

highway boundary and the intersecting Slip Road boundary.

A diagram of the road design is shown in Figure $2-$A$.$
