Roadblocks to LearningAssignment

Answer the following questions by integrating your opinions with the your knowledge and understanding of the reading(s). Answers should be about 1 paragraph (4-5 sentences) in length. 1. Much of the "Why Organizations Don't Learn" article is also applicable to people/leaders and what can impede their learning. Name and discuss at least two factors that stood out to you as items that may hurt your ability to learn either in the present or the future.

2. Learning is part of taking a new management/leadership position. The book, "The First 90 Days" is about transitioning to a new management position and ch. 2 of the book discusses "Accelerating Your Learning." Considering the reading as well as your own orientation, what factor(s) will be important to help you able learn in a new position? Why do you think they will be important?
