In EUL we have a need to deliver the correspondences between the different offices or a postbox in a daily basis. Therefore, someone needs to do this in a daily bases and final recipient may need to check the postbox regularly. In some cases, the correspondence is delivered to a wrong person. This introduces unnecessary delays and worries to both the recipient and the delivering office. The problem is that all of these processes are time-consuming and, therefore, potentially decrease the work efficiency of employees. Moreover, the departments can feel forced to hire some workers to deal with this kind of service. In order to solve these systems, we are required to design a robot which will deliver the correspondences to the different offices and people in the company. The robot will have moving capability and will be able to hold multiple little packages. The users should be able to book a delivery such as through web or mobile interface. One of the important legs of this project is the security. The system should be designed in a way that only the corresponding person should be able to pick up the deliveries. From the baskets and lockers. As well as, when these packages are delivered a mail should be sent to notify the receiver for the package so they can pick it up. Also, this robot should not leave the university and the boundaries set by the Organization. I need to know and analysis the requierments of this project
