Round the smaller value down to the nearest integer. Round the larger value up to the nearest integer. So$,$ if the smaller temperature is $34\mathrm{.}23,$ it would be rounded to $34.$ If the larger temperature is $45\mathrm{.}4,$ it would be rounded to $46.$ If the larger temperature is $46,$ it would remain as $46.$ So if $34\mathrm{.}23$ and $45\mathrm{.}4$ is entered, the range printed would be $34$ through $46.$ That means the numbers entered are within the range printed.

What if the numbers were negative? The rounding would be opposite. If a range of $-34\mathrm{.}3$ to $-12\mathrm{.}4,$ the range to print would be $-35$ to $-12.$

The table should show the values right$-$justified in columns, with the Fahrenheit values shown as integers $($no decimal point$)$ and with the Celsius values displayed with two digits after the decimal point. Make sure you have wide enough formatting if the numbers get larger or have a negative sign.

Do not use the C$++$ functions$/$commands: floor, ceil, round, break, exit, continue, or swap.
