Peppers Restaurant quickly became known for offering its customers fresh ingredients while still offering the fast food convenience. It was recently reported that Peppers Restaurant faced an unfortunate outbreak of an infectious disease called E. Coli which left several consumers of Peppers Restaurant extremely ill. According to the website Healthline 2016, E. coli is a type of bacteria that lives in the intestines of people and animals and is caused by improper handling of food or water. Learning team A has decided to investigate whether or not the sales for Peppers Restaurant have been decreased in any way due to the recent outbreak of E. coli. Data Collection In order to determine the decline of sales for Peppers Restaurant the team conducted a survey of customers who are regular consumers at the store. The survey was designed to measure customer satisfaction and especially if they would had stopped or will stop frequenting the restaurant in the future. A sample of 10 consumers were used for this collection and they were each asked 3 questions.
