If the storage tank is to be installed using saddle supports (as shown in Figure 2) at Port Botany where extreme wind loads may arise (assuming the length of the cylindrical portion of the tank is 14 meters for the calculation of the resultant wind force acting on the tank), determine the diameter of the bolt used at the fixed saddle support with a factor of safety of 1.5.
