This week, you will explore the regulations $($standards$)$ of a regulatory agency in the context of publicized violations that resulted in injury or harm to a person or property.

STEP $1$: Select one of the agencies discussed in the course module. State the name of the agency.

STEP $2$: Identify an aspect of lab safety procedures or processes regulated by this agency.

STEP $3$: Search the internet, news sources, or other media to locate a realworld example of a violation of a laboratory safety procedure or process that resulted in harm to human health or property. Clearly describe what occurred.
