Safran Soft Inc. is a small company, developing different types of software products. They currently run a project of developing a computer game based on historical context. The project is close to the final stage now. Only one month left to the deadline and the team is working very hard since many features are still missing. Two days ago their major customer approached them, saying that the conditions are changed now and they also need a mobile version of the game with modern context along with the desktop version of historical context, though initially they have agreed on desktop version only. The whole team of 6 people are very disappointed since they understand, that it is impossible to finish the project before the deadline. This brings a conflict situation to the team, where 3 members agree with this major change and want to push the project to finish according this new requirements from the customer. The other 3 members are disagree, saying that the quality will be greatly compromised since they do not have enough resources to finish the project in time.
