Same Exercise as Week 10 for large cities- this time, profile two smaller cities- under 100,000 of population. Choose any city in America, but make sure the cities are in different states. Show the years 2010 & 2020- show population, 2 personal crimes & 2 property crimes for each city in raw numbers and per capita- compare and contrast the two cities- show 4 possible influences or reasons for crime rise or drop. Show 4 possible solutions with a reference for each. You may also show the 2020 comparison of the city crime against the national average for each (i.e. "City x has 23 homicides per capita in 2020, compared to the national average of 7.8 homicides per capita.")
