It is a goal of this company to help you better, so please read the information below in this email as it also contains some very important steps for you to follow so that you can receive refunds and reimbursements of your own money back as quickly as possible. > Before: Please be sure to read through the policy document before you take a trip, so you can make an effective selection of the right flights on airplanes and rooms in hotels and so on that might possibly qualify for a refund. The policy tells you what's refundable. If a copy of the policy is needed, it may be obtained from your Sales Manager. > During: Receipts should be kept in good, nice, easily readable condition without damage by you if at all possible, so they can be easily red and processed by us. A receipt wallet is an item which can be helpful. If you would like one to help you ensure the receipts are kept in good condition, a reciept walet from the Purchasing and Supplies Department can be ordered. > After: Please note the attached new expense form for your convenience. It will facilitate a much more advantageous and smooth refund process, which will proceed in a more timely fashion. The steps below are elementary and to be pursued for your refunds: 1. Fill in the farm 2. All your receipts should be attached 3. Sending it to me after your trip as soon as possible and by the deadline.
