Sarah Stoker is a designer and dress maker with a factory in Brookvale NSW, for many years she has produced beach clothes which she sells at the Golden Grove Farmers Market. Sarah's clothing is highly regarded and she is regularly complemented on her use of fabric and colour. Sarah registers a number of her beach clothing designs pursuant to the registration provisions in the Designs Act 2003, Cth. One Saturday while at the markets Sarah noces a stall containing beach clothing which looks strikingly similar to her clothing, this clothing has a label stang: Made in Australia from pure Australian coton. Designed by Sara Smithers.
