For your initial discussion, share your range results description for each dimension. Using your course textbook and$/$or other resources how could your company improve $($or how could it have improved$)$ your satisfaction on each dimension? Include your company's industry.

In your response to at least two of your peers, provide them with recommendations their company can implement to positively impact their satisfaction with the four domains of pay.
