Sorting Machine with 40 output counter Problem description: 1. It will sort the 2 types of material and count the product output to 40 pcs. 2. When the PB1 (detent) is activated the M/C will turn on and feed (conveyor on) it with the two types of material; Plastic bottle and glass bottle. 3. when sensor 1 detect the plastic the M/C will activate the timer 30sec. and cylinder 1 will extend. 4. when sensor 2 detect a glass bottle it will activate the counter and turn on alarm for 3sec. 5 . If the machine detect 40 glass bottle it will turn off the process. Safety feature: 1. if the safety sensor in active all process will stop, turn on the red pilot light and sound the alarm for 30sec. 2. reset the machine to continue the process
