Scala language CSV Reading output to map..... write a method named Population that takes 3 str as parameters and returns a object or map of Strings to Ints. First parameter is for cities file, second parameter is for two characters country code and the 3rd one for the given region code. This function outputs a Map that maps the city name of every city in the given country/region to that city's population.
