Scenario $100$ Report Assignment

ASSIGNMENT OBJECTIVES:

Develop familiarity with the Arborcrest Ales Studios business and the environment in which it operates.

Develop familiarity with the operation of the ScrimmageSim Business Simulation including the ability to create production orders, monitor the progress of production orders, and evaluate the performance of the company using the tables and graphs provided in the simulation.

Develop effective written communication skills by writing a basic operations guide using a clear and concise format with figures and tables to summarize key information.

ASSIGNMENT SCENARIO:

Assume that you are the team leader and have been to a briefing on the simulation $($represented by the two videos for Scenario $100).$ You need to communicate the information you received from this briefing $($e$.$g$.,$ the two videos$)$ to the team. You will communicate the information by writing a report that will prepare the team to successfully run the simulation.

A core principle of effective business communication is to provide the information, analysis, and directions simply and clearly so that it is easy for the recipient to receive, comprehend, and act on the information provided.
