You're a shift manager at a McDonald's restaurant. Cathy is one of your newer employees, and her job performance has been satisfactory on the whole. However, two things concern you. First, Cathy has long hair and is required by health regulations to wear a hair net at all times. You$$ve had to remind her three or four times to wear the hair net.
