1. Develop a Project Schedule Network Diagram AND Activity Chart requirements are as follows:

o You may create a new project.

o Your schedule network diagram must contain at minimum 30 activities.

o Once you have created your network diagram, perform a forward pass (calculating ES and EF) and a then a backward pass (LS and LF) in order to calculate your total slack/float.

o Calculate Free Float and Total Float for each task.

o IMPORTANT: Your schedule network diagram must show a negative total slack
