Scenario:

Devan is an event Manager at the Hawks Haven Event Centre. On Dec 4th the event centre had two holidayparties booked. A luncheon event for 75 people that was scheduled to run from 11-2pm and a buffetdinner for 150 scheduled to run from 4pm-10pm. These events are taking place in the same room andDevan and his staff only have 2 hours in between the events. Devan know this is going to be a busy day forhis staff, so he communicates a plan of action on how he is going to transition the room between events tohis team.During the first event their guests were late to depart, and they only had 1.5 hours to transition the room.Tensions were high to get the room set up in time for the 4pm event. Devan observes two experiencedsenior servers, Brett & Angie, having a disagreement about the floorplan for the buffet setup. Since theyare senior staff and he is very busy, he does not get involved in their disagreement and assumes they willresolve it themselves. Throughout the buffet service he notices that there is still tension between Brettand Angie. Not only is it effecting the morale of his staff, it is also starting to affect the guests experience.You overhear a guests comment on how grumpy the staff appear.
