Task: a presentation that is to be delivered in front of the production and supply chain team including the Production and Supply Chain Team Leader. When delivering the presentation, you are required to:  Discuss the key contents from the presentation.  Present the ideas and concepts using structure and language to suit the audience  Use active listening and questioning to discuss and clarify information and to confirm understanding.  Use appropriate communication techniques to build rapport and foster strong relationships with the team.  Encourage team members to discuss formal and informal learning opportunities that will be introduced to help develop the skills needed for innovation.
