Question: Scenario: You re running a pre / post test to demonstrate how effective a new strategy is ( Strategy X ) vs . the client

Scenario:
Youre running a pre/post test to demonstrate how effective a new strategy is (Strategy X) vs. the clients existing strategy (Strategy C).
You ran the test for 10 days and are comparing Strategy X performance vs. the 10 days prior for Strategy C.
Your hypothesis is that Strategy X will drive revenue more efficiently than Strategy C.
The data is here
Creating a Results Slide (Step 1- Assignment)
Using Google Slides and the attached data set, create a slide that will illustrate the change in performance driven by this test and make a recommendation to your client on the path forward. Consider addressing the below questions:
What changes in performance occurred during the test?
Was your hypothesis proven correct or incorrect based on the data?
Which strategy do you recommend your client moving forward with and why? Or, is additional testing necessary before you draw a conclusion?
As you will see below, you will have the opportunity to present your results if you are moved to the interview stage. A successful slide will have a balance of storytelling and quantitative results.
**After creating your slide, please title it "FirstName LastName Take Home Slide" and share it with mia.viccinelli.urquhart@adlucent.com, granting editing access so that Mia can share it with the Client Services team. In the response section below, please paste the link to your Google Slide document.
Presenting the Slide (Step 2- Interview)
If you are selected for an interview, you will be asked to present this slide during your interview. Please keep the presentation under 5 minutes, and imagine the interviewers are your clients.
Now that you have completed the test and created a slide to showcase the results, its time to walk through your recommendations with the client.
Keep in mind that you conducted the test and will need to explain some background to the client (e.g. goals, methodology, etc.). Additionally, the client may not be familiar with the data, so you will also have to explain any data that you share on the slide.
Scoring:
Slide (Step 1- Assignment)
Is data clearly presented? Are results clear & easy to understand?
Is the recommendation clear and supported?
Presentation (Step 2- Interview)
Is there a clear beginning, middle and end to the presentation?
Is the recommendation clear, succinct and supported by your data?
Does the slide support/add to the voiceover (verbal presentation)?
