Topic: Medical Assistance in Dying (M.A.I.D) PNR300: Role Development for Practical Nurse 1 PNR300. The intent of this paper is for students to become familiar with ethical issues and ethical dilemmas. This allows you to explore one of the "grey" areas of medical advancement. Nurses who have prolonged contact with patients often come across challenging ethical and legal issues, especially in times of limited resources. Then explain how the ethical issue you described above specifically links to social justice or any laws relating to your issue. iv. Explain any existing laws if applicable and how that affects your ethical concern/issue f. Identify how 2 different Ethical theories would have the opposing views with your topic.
