SCM in action

This assignment can be done in a group of max $2$ members or to be done individually.

Please note each group should work on four cases $($SCM in action$)$ or each student should work on two cases.

Here is the instruction for assignment $"$SCM in Actions":

$1.$ If you wish do individually, select two topics $($ or two companies for a topic$)$ or in a group select four topics $($ or two topics in different companies$)$ from SCM course such as;$,$ Productivity, JIT$/$Lean SCM tools or application, New Technology in SCM or any Company$$s SCM New project, Quality Management, RFID$/$Barcode$,,$ Process design & layout, Inventory Management, Material Requirement Planning $($MRP$),$ ERP, Warehousing, Transportation, Layout, Location Planning, SCM analytics, etc.

$2.$ Try to find successful case studies $($or news$)$ in the North America preferably in Canada. It is recommended to search and find some other resources related to the selected case $($if available$)$ and combine all together in one.

$3.$ As a sample, please see OM in action in our Operations Management Book. Since our textbook has many OM in actions in its chapters, please don$$t work on the same OM in action in your book.

$4.$ To prevent having same cases in the class please share your title of SCM in action on the discussion board. Before adding your case, please make sure that your classmates have not selected the same news with the same citation yet.
