Scroll down the page until you see the tab for At a Glance. Under this tab, look for Unemployment Rate. Select the link to create a graph of the monthly unemployment rate since $1948.$ The series graphed is called U$-3.$ To remove some of the variation, convert the data from monthly to quarterly. Select the EDIT GRAPH button on the upper right. Under modify frequency, select Quarterly. To provide a point of reference, add the noncyclical rate of unemployment. Select Edit Graph. Select Add Lines from the tabs are the top. Type Noncyclical Rate of Unemployment into the text box. Select Add Data Series immediately below the textbox. Yes, this does seem repetitious.
