  • Reasons for failure must be tied to concepts from our textbook. Some examples include:

    • Lack of Stakeholder buy in or commitment
    • Conflicts with the organizational culture
    • Unidentified project risks
    • Lack of resources or poor allocation of resources
    • Mismanagement of critical path
