Section $1(25$ marks$)$: Demographic Data Collection

$$ As part of your registration system, you will design a Google Form that collects registration and demographic information for each attendee. The form should collect the basic information the event planners need to run the esports event successfully. Additionally, you should collect demographic information that would be of interest to prospective esports sponsors. In addition to the registration form, include a short word summary which explains why you selected the data fields you did. $($Minimum $20$ data fields to collect$)$

$$ For example, if you include $$First Name$$ as a data collection point, you would explain that requirement as follows:

$$ First Name: This field is required to identify the registrant the day of the event. We will also need the registrant$$s first name to address the invoice and the email we send them.

Section $2(10$ marks$)$: Customized email & invoice

$$ Using the Google Suite tools, you will build a process which will generate a custom invoice and email it to the user after they$$ve completed the registration process via Google Forms. The email should be customized with at least $1$ custom field in the subject line and $3$ custom fields in the email. The invoice should include a custom price for activity the attendee is registering for and at least $3$ other custom fields pulled from your registration data.

$$ A custom field is something that would be unique for each attendee, like their first name, but can be automated in a way that would stay similar on every invoice. Ie$,$ every invoice will have a customer's first name.

$$ Please indicate these custom fields with brackets, example: $[$First Name$]$

Section $3(10$ marks$)$: Email & Invoice Branding

Lastly, it is important that attendees interact with a consistent brand throughout the registration process. Therefore, please ensure the Google Form, Invoice and email all reflect consistent branding. You can use any logo or font you like in the branding you create for this event and the related elements.
