This section should contain the following background: Identify an industry and company profile you wish to model. Then, give your chosen company a generic name of your choice. For the company type you chose (your consulting client), identify if its a tech company or a non-tech company. What do they do? What is their product or service? Who are their customers?

Section 2: Statement of the Problem Based on the introduction you provided in section 1, describe the nature of the problem you find with your clients current IT operations. Take note of the business and IT challenges they are now facing (these will become later part of the key considerations your will use to recommend migrating their IT platforms and services from inhouse to cloud-based services).
