Section $2.$ Schedule: Each team will present their goals and tasks for the final OB Principles

Assignment. Remember, a goal is a statement of what your team wants to achieve. Tasks are

activities that your team will have to perform in order to achieve each goal and successfully

finish each project.

Remember to make them SMART $($specific$,$ measurable, attainable, relevant, time$-$bound$).$

a$.$ Identify $1$ goal.

b$.$ The goal should have $3$ or more tasks.

c$.$ Be as specific as you possible regarding the actions, expected outcomes, and the end

product for each task.

d$.$ Make sure your goal and tasks are reasonable and realistic.

i$.$ Does your team have the skills and$/$or the time to do what it wants to do$?$

ii$.$ Are you overscheduling yourself? Are you taking life$-$events and other

coursework into account as you plan out how and when your team are going to

get to things?

The GOAL is: To establish a systematic process for checking in and communicating modifications to the assignment throughout the project timeline.
